It seems appropriate on the 6th anniversary of 9/11 to spend some time on the message of the General before Congress on 10, September, 2007. I was only in the military for two years and I have never thought of myself as an expert in military strategy.

      Instead of listening to the General, the Democrat Congress, simply re-affirmed their distaste for our country and our military. I am ashamed of our country for the outlandish statements of many of our representatives in Congress. To treat a four star General with his experience and loyalty, the Democrats have become domestic traitors who during a period of war would normally be censured for their remarks.

      The Democrat party is now being run by the George Soros funded MoveOn.Org and that organization ran a full page ad charging that “General Petraeus is likely to Betray Us”. One of the most defaming speakers, that self-defined socialist Tom Lantos, Dem-Calif, basically called the General a liar. The liberal Democrats and the anti-war left, are hoping for a U.S. defeat. Can we as Americans endorse such a dangerous scenario? The shame that the Democrats are bringing on themselves is unparalled in Americas’s history.

      God Bless our country and may our domestic enemies and traitors finally find the truth of our cause.
